10 live 90 minute sessions NO CLASS WEEK COMMENCING 14/02/2022 Relaxing, feel-good, mind-body movement for stress & tension release, mobility, flexibility, better movement, improved coordination, greater bodily comfort and an increased sense of well-being. Classes are progressive. We start at absolute beginner level. We learn movements thorougly. You end with a comprehensive full body class that you understand and can adapt for relaxation or invigoration. Accompanied by mutliple explanation & support videos, breaking down each movement. Dedicated private Facebook group for community, support and learning and Q and A. Interactive teacher for support. Focus of classes: ⬤ Slow introduction to the foundational movements ⬤ Flexors - improving control of the muscles at the front of the body ⬤Extensors - improving control of the muscles at the front of the body and ⬤ Flexors and extensors - improving co-ordination and control of the muscles at the back and the front of the body ⬤ The waist & trunk ⬤ Rotation ⬤ Shoulders & neck ⬤ Hips, legs and feet ⬤ Breath and imagery ⬤ The activities of daily life ⬤ Relaxation and wind-down practice ⬤ Energy and mobility practice

To access the free consultation, clients must first book a provisional slot, then respond to the e-mail that will follow the provisional booking.
