You've been here before - you are in spasm.  You feel that your back/neck/hip has 'gone out'* or 'gone again'* and you just need some skilled manual assistance to help calm things down and get you moving.

I offer a 60 minute manual treatment to ease you out of the crisis of muscular spasm and help you feel more relaxed so you can get back to normal.

These sessions are available at short notice, there's no teaching, no education, you won't have to do anything or learn to do anything yourself, but you will leave feeling better than when you arrived.

I have to say this - this is not my preferred way of working!  Guys, I pretty much have THE WORST business plan in the world, where I teach you the things I know so that you can help yourself. Teaching is my passion and joy.  I want you to feel well and stay well.  Yet sometimes - I know myself  from personal experience - you could just do with someone to help you make the pain subside.  So I can do that.  Just don't make a habit of it, okay?   You can do a lot by yourself if you are prepared to learn.
